01What does TOUR CROPS sell?

TOUR CROPS is an online retailer of gothic fashion accessories. The live catalog shows the items currently offered with item-specific prices and availability. Materials, dimensions, variations, and other technical details appear only when supported for the individual item.

02What are the products made from?

Materials vary by item. Use only the material, finish, plating, or component information expressly stated on the product page. If a material detail is not shown, it has not been confirmed for the listing; contact customer care before ordering if that detail matters to you.

03Are products hypoallergenic or nickel-free?

Do not assume that an item is hypoallergenic or free from a particular metal. A sensitivity-related claim appears only when it is supported for that specific item. If you have a known sensitivity, review the product details and seek clarification before ordering.

04How do I choose a size?

When exact dimensions are stated, follow the relevant method in the Size Guide and compare them with an accessory that already fits you well. If dimensions are not shown, do not estimate from the image; contact customer care before ordering.

05Will a finish change with wear?

Surface finishes can respond differently to friction, moisture, cosmetics, storage, and frequency of wear. Follow item-specific care instructions when they are stated and otherwise use the general Material & Care guide conservatively. An item is described as waterproof or tarnish-free only when that claim is supported for it.

06Where do you ship?

TOUR CROPS currently ships only to eligible street addresses in the 50 United States and Washington, D.C. International destinations, U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, and P.O. boxes are not currently supported. Standard U.S. shipping is free.

07When will an order ship and arrive?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days after acceptance and payment confirmation. USPS Ground Advantage or UPS Ground transit is estimated at 3–7 additional business days, for a combined estimate of approximately 5–10 business days. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

08How do I track an order?

When carrier tracking is available, the dispatch message sent to the checkout email includes the carrier and tracking link. The Order Status page explains what to do when a message is missing or a carrier result needs clarification.

09Can I change or cancel an order?

Use the customer-care channel in the order confirmation as soon as possible. Include the order number and requested change. A change or cancellation cannot be promised after preparation or fulfillment has begun.

10What is the return policy?

Request authorization within 30 days after delivery. Customers pay trackable return shipping for non-defect returns; TOUR CROPS covers reasonable return shipping for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 business days after inspection, and the financial institution may need another 5–10 business days to post the credit.

11What if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect?

Use the customer-care channel in the order confirmation promptly. Include the order number, item name, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when relevant. The order is assessed under the published resolution procedure.

12Which payment methods are accepted?

TOUR CROPS designates WooCommerce as its ecommerce platform. Cart, checkout, and payment functions are available only when they are enabled and shown on the live website. Checkout displays only the payment methods currently available for the order and delivery destination. Do not send payment details through email or a customer-service message.
