The terms behind
the transaction.

These Terms govern access to the TOUR CROPS website and transactions offered by TOUR CROPS LLC through it. By using the website or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms together with the policies and product-specific conditions linked before purchase.

TOUR CROPS designates WooCommerce as its commerce platform. Provider-specific cart, checkout, payment, or account services apply only when they are enabled and used through the live website; this designation does not mean that any particular service or payment method is currently available. TOUR CROPS LLC remains the seller identified for purchases made through this website.

If a product page, checkout disclosure, or written order confirmation contains a more specific term, that term controls for the relevant product or order. Rights that cannot legally be waived or limited remain unaffected.

You must be legally capable of entering the transaction or act with permission and supervision that satisfies applicable law. Products carrying a stated age or use restriction may be ordered only when the requirement is met.

Provide current and accurate contact, delivery, billing, and order information. Do not impersonate another person, use a payment method without authorization, interfere with verification, or submit an order for an unlawful purpose.

Product pages identify the item, price, and availability. Included quantity, materials, dimensions, finish, variations, care, warnings, and policy exceptions are stated only when supported for the individual item. An unstated technical detail is unknown and should not be inferred.

Screens can display color and scale differently, and close-up images may enlarge texture or small features. When measurements are stated, review the units and method supplied for the item. If a material, measurement, component, or care detail is important and not shown, contact customer care before ordering.

We may correct an obvious description, availability, or pricing error before accepting an order. If a material correction affects an accepted order, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

The website shows the item price and currency. Any shipping, discount, or other charge applied through the website must be identified in the order summary before submission.

A comparison or sale price is used only when it refers to a genuine prior or otherwise lawful reference price. A promotion, code, or threshold applies only during its stated period and under its displayed conditions; promotions cannot be combined unless expressly allowed.

Submitting checkout information is an offer to purchase the items shown in the order summary. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt of the submission but does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when TOUR CROPS sends an acceptance or dispatch confirmation, or otherwise communicates acceptance through the checkout process. We may decline or cancel before acceptance for unavailability, an obvious error, an unsupported destination, failed payment, suspected fraud, legal restrictions, or inability to verify essential information.

Checkout displays the payment methods available for the transaction. By using a method, you represent that you are authorized to use it and authorize the applicable charge, verification, and fraud-prevention steps described at checkout.

A payment authorization can reserve funds without completing a final charge. The timing of authorization and capture follows the checkout disclosure and active provider flow. We may request reasonable verification before accepting or fulfilling an order, but customer care will not ask for a full card number or security code by email.

Delivery eligibility, methods, charges, estimates, tracking, address changes, and shipment issues are governed by the Shipping Policy and the final order summary.

Ordinary delivery estimates are not guarantees. Title and risk transfer only as provided by applicable law and the stated delivery terms; nothing here removes a mandatory consumer protection.

Eligibility, authorization, condition requirements, exclusions, return shipping, inspection, refunds, cancellations, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect items are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any product-specific term shown before purchase.

Do not send an item to a public address without the return instructions connected to the order. Statutory cancellation, conformity, warranty, and refund rights remain available where required by law.

You may use the website for lawful personal shopping and information. You may not:

• Access, probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, or reverse engineer the website except where the law expressly permits it.
• Bypass security, rate limits, purchase limits, access controls, or order-verification measures.
• Submit malicious code, deceptive content, false claims, or information that infringes another person's rights.
• Use website content, product data, images, or branding for resale, impersonation, automated training, or commercial republication without permission or another lawful basis.

The website design, TOUR CROPS branding, copy, product presentation, and other content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws and may include materials licensed by third parties. No ownership right is transferred by access to the website or purchase of a product.

You may view and make a personal copy of order or policy information for your own records. Any other reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial use requires permission unless the law provides otherwise.

Use products only for their stated purpose and follow any item-specific warning, dimension, fit, care, or age information that is expressly provided. Do not infer an unstated material or technical property. Inspect closures and components before wear and stop using an item that is damaged, deformed, loose, or causing irritation.

General style or care content does not replace professional medical, safety, or technical advice. Material sensitivity varies by person, and a product carries a sensitivity claim only when it is specifically stated and supported.

Any voluntary product warranty applies only when its scope, term, and claim process are provided with the product. Otherwise, products and website functions are provided subject to the express descriptions and mandatory warranties required by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss that was not caused by its breach. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or a remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded, including rights relating to fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury, or mandatory consumer protection.

We may update the website and these Terms for future use or orders. The terms presented and accepted for an order govern that order unless a lawful change is agreed or required. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to the extent permitted by law.

Failure to enforce a term immediately is not a waiver. We may assign these Terms in connection with a genuine transfer of the relevant business or operation, subject to applicable law; customers may not transfer an order or claim without consent where consent is reasonably required.
