A return starts
with the order record.

Review eligibility before sending an item. Return authorization connects the parcel to the order and identifies the destination, condition requirements, shipping responsibility, and next steps.

Return eligibility

Contact customer care within 30 calendar days after the carrier records delivery to request a return authorization.

A return must meet the stated condition requirements and follow the authorization process below. Statutory rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

Request authorization first

Email kimberly@tourcropsllc.com within the 30-day request window and include the order number, item name, quantity, and reason for the request. Wait for return instructions before sending anything.

The public mailing address, if shown elsewhere on this website, is not automatically the authorized return destination. A parcel sent without the supplied instructions may be delayed, refused, or returned to sender.

Item condition

An eligible return must be unworn, unused, unaltered, and in the condition in which it was received, with every included part and the original product packaging. Reasonable handling solely to inspect the item is permitted.

Handle an item only as reasonably necessary to inspect its appearance, dimensions, closure, and disclosed features. Do not remove a hygiene seal or tamper-evident element when the product page states that doing so affects return eligibility.

Exclusions and item-specific terms

Items that have been worn or used beyond reasonable inspection, damaged after delivery, altered, contaminated, or returned without included parts or original product packaging are not eligible. Personalized items, items marked Final Sale before purchase, and opened hygiene-sensitive items are also non-returnable, except where applicable law requires a remedy.

A product-specific exception controls only when it is clearly shown on the product page before purchase. These exclusions do not remove a remedy required by applicable law for a verified damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

Return shipping and fees

For a change-of-mind or other non-defect return, the customer is responsible for trackable return shipping. TOUR CROPS provides or reimburses reasonable return shipping when the verified item is damaged in transit, defective, or different from the item ordered.

When the customer is responsible for return shipping, use a trackable service and retain the receipt and tracking number. TOUR CROPS does not charge a restocking fee. Standard outbound shipping is free and therefore has no shipping charge to refund.

Inspection and refund

Receipt of a parcel does not itself approve a return. The item is inspected against the authorization, order record, stated condition requirements, and included contents. Customer care communicates the result through the order email channel.

After an authorized return is received, inspected, and approved, TOUR CROPS sends the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. The bank or card issuer may then require an additional 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Changes, cancellations, and exchanges

Request a change or cancellation as soon as possible using the customer-care channel in the order confirmation. A request cannot be guaranteed after preparation or fulfillment begins.

An exchange is available only when customer care confirms the replacement item, price treatment, and shipping steps. Do not send an item expecting an automatic exchange.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

Contact customer care promptly after delivery. Include the order number, item name, a clear description, and photographs of the item, packaging, shipping label, and included contents when relevant.

Keep the item and packaging until the review is complete. The available resolution depends on the verified issue, inventory, applicable law, and the order record.
