Use the dispatch email sent to the address entered at checkout. It contains the carrier and tracking link when tracking is available for the shipment.

Find the dispatch message.

Search the checkout inbox and its spam or promotions folders for a TOUR CROPS dispatch message. Confirm that the order number in the message matches the order you are checking.

Open the carrier link.

Carrier events may take time to appear after a label is created. The carrier record is the source for scan history and the latest delivery event once the parcel is in transit.

Escalate with context.

If the message is missing, the link does not work, or a carrier event needs review, contact customer care with the order number and checkout email. Do not send card details or passwords.
