Product guide / 01 Material & care
Read the surface.
Respect the structure.
General care begins with restraint. Follow product-specific instructions when they are stated. If an item's material or care method is not shown, do not infer it; ask customer care before using a chemical, liquid, or specialized cleaner.
Identify the finish before cleaning.
Handle closures and attachment points with restraint.
Use moisture or chemicals only when specified.

Materials and finishes respond differently to wear, moisture, friction, cosmetics, and cleaning products. The instructions stated for a particular item take precedence over this general guide.
Review any disclosed base material, finish or plating, components, and care notes before wearing or cleaning an accessory. If those details are not stated, they remain unknown; contact customer care before ordering when the information affects your decision.
General handling
Handle clasps, links, settings, cords, and fine components without forcing or bending them. Put on and remove accessories using the closure or attachment point instead of pulling on decorative parts.
Stop using an item if it catches, deforms, develops a sharp edge, or shows a loose component. Keep detached components away from children and pets.
Storage
Store accessories separately in a clean, dry place to reduce contact, abrasion, color transfer, and tangling. Close fastenings before storage when doing so does not strain the item.
Avoid prolonged pressure, direct heat, and unnecessary exposure to sunlight or humid areas. Use the original protective packaging when it is suitable for the material.
Cleaning
When item-specific cleaning instructions are not stated, use a soft, dry, non-abrasive cloth only with light pressure and first test a small, inconspicuous area. Contact customer care before using any liquid or cleaning product on an item of unknown material.
Do not use polishing compounds, solvents, bleach, ultrasonic cleaners, steam, or chemical dips without material-specific instructions confirming that the method is suitable.
Cosmetics and moisture
Allow fragrance, hair products, lotions, and cosmetics to dry before putting on an accessory. Remove an item before activities that expose it to water, chemicals, heavy perspiration, or repeated impact unless its product page expressly states that the exposure is suitable.
If an item becomes damp, follow its product-specific directions and allow it to dry fully before storage. Do not apply direct heat.
Skin sensitivity
Material sensitivities vary by person and product. Review materials when they are disclosed, and do not assume an unstated composition. TOUR CROPS makes a hypoallergenic or metal-free claim only when it is stated and supported on the individual product page.
Stop using an item if irritation occurs. Seek appropriate medical advice when needed; customer service cannot diagnose or treat a reaction.
